Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of MHC Class II (I-A/I-E) in mouse splenocytes using MHC Class II (I-A/I-E) Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-48092). Paraformaldehyde-fixed cells were immobilized on cover slips and stained with MHC Class II (I-A/I-E) Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody at 10 µg/mL followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL), showing membrane staining in a subset of cells.
